Animal husbandry, primarily with ruminants, in balance with the local conditions is central to the Biodynamic farm. And for a good reason: animals are the key to sustainable closed cycle management. They convert on farm fodder into on farm manure that maintains and develops the vitality of the soil. In particular, feeding and husbandry of animals determines the rhythm of daily work and life on the farm. We take responsibility for our animals seriously, as we accompany them through their lives from birth to final slaughter.
